I wasn't a fan of the 5.11 boots. I bought a pair of Danners and they are the BEST boots I've ever owned. Almost two years old and still comfortable.

Very simple. Until paramedics can learn to work together to demand higher wages from their employers for their skillset, then we are doomed to fail. Everyone is afraid of the word union, but it's worked for the nurses and the firefighters and it should work for us.

Just an update. I accepted a job with a fire department in the metro Nashville area who runs ALS. Good group of folks and I would recommend them to anybody.

This is truly sad. I don't think MSP has ever had a fatal crash before in the Dauphins. They are the creme-de-la-creme of helicopters.
