Regarding LADOT CERT and DMV H6

Do I have to either order a H6 print out or get one in person or can I download the online unofficial version? Would I be able to bring in an unofficial (online) h6 to the LADOT cert office?

Most places require an official H-6 printout

The LADOT office wants an official one printed out within the last 30 days. I don't think I've seen a company so far that accepts the online version.

The LADOT is the DMV, just less happy and far less efficient...so have fun.
Official long form H-6 printed in person at the DMV is the only form they will accept.
