I haven't tested it on all devices, but I think this year's snow uses less resources in general and is mobile device friendly.

Not on mine either. I have IE on my phone, doesn't show it. Chrome does, though, on my laptop at least.

I had previously made it so that only desktop users got snow. Now everyone gets snow!

Safari on the phone gets it. Laptop gets it. Tapatalk doesn't.
