How close is your Trauma Center?

Level 2 - We have two within 10 minutes by ground.
Level 1 - Depending on which part of the district it is 20 by ground or 5 by air.
Level 2 Pediatric - 10 by ground.
 
Where I was in TX, minimum 70 miles to a Lvl 3 playing as a Lvl2. Here in NM where I'm working, max of 50 miles or so to the only Lvl 1 trauma in the state.
 
15 Minutes - Level 1 (Peds, Stemi, Stroke) In county
40 Minutes - Level 1 (Peds, Stemi, Stroke, Burn) Out of county
40 Minutes - Level 1 (Peds, Stemi, Stroke, Diving) Out of county

We don't have any level two or three centers around here because the close level 1 center is within 15 minutes of all the other major hospitals.
 
Our level 1 is the county hospital. soo less than a mile. lol
 
We have a Level III (Lake Regional) which is anywhere from ~10-50 minutes away depending on location of the incident...and then a Level I (University Hospital in Columbia, MO) which is anywhere from 40-90 minute away depending on the incident.

Lake Regional has a helicopter sitting on the helipad steps from the ED door.

I suppose it sort of depends.
