Whats your most "rewarding" experience in EMS?

Real answer though since this thread got revived. Ped arrest, 7 years old, ROSC shortly after we got to the ER. 12 minutes door to door and did just about everything as well as we could have.

I had sex with a Sugars Stripper after she came into the ER for MVC.

Not the same night though.
