What could this be?????

Hey all,

Today I was hanging out with my grandpa, 76 y/o Stomach Cancer survivor, and he made me feel he RUQ abdomen where a very hard im guessing Colon was. It was hard like a rock and went from far RUQ to medial LUQ. No bruise, No Pain, Passes Stool normally. His Doctor didnt say anything about it. Do you all know what this could be?
