Hello,

A problem with the power infrastructure of one of the racks in one of our hosting provider's (ServInt's) datacenters caused the loss of multiple circuits which led to complete power failure to one particular rack. A number of machines, ours included, were affected.

After a few hours of downtime we're back up! Thank you for your patience.

Yeah, I'm someone probably sneezed... in the general vicinity of a maxed out PSU... or a rat had lunch on a wiring harness...or someone attempted to divide by zero...

Whatever the cause, I'm glad you're back up and running!

I was typing up a great reply to a post, and clicked enter.. and lost it all. Now you all will just have to go without the wisdom I was going to bestow on you. :p

You should really have more downtime. Say, for example, taking the NREMT forum down and fiddling with something for a week or so around the end of the summer, just as all the EMT-B classes let out. It might be one of the rare cases where downtime actually improves a forum.
