It is hard to get someone on the phone. When I did, they always give a boiler plate reply which is to apply online and they will contact who they are interested in.
I have spoken to people on the street, who say to fill the online application out every month and a half because they purge them each time they hire.
I am not using this forum as the ONLY source, just one of many.

The way transcare does things is just as they told you. Apply online and they call who is interested they keep applications on file for a good while here in md. They have called me twice just can't offer me better than what im making at the current outfit I work for.
