Phlebotomy Course??

Hi everyone i was wondering if i should take a Phlebotomy course at my local community collage while attending my EMT basic training as well. I'm not really sure if it would completely help though? Would a future employer like if i had a Phlebotomy cert? will it allow me to do more as a basic as well?

Unless you're working as an ER tech, or in a facility where you'll be drawing blood, it means nothing.

And no, it allows you no extra skills as a basic.
