I have a similar set-up. I made mine up 5 years ago, and I really should go back and add a couple of Israeli dressings to it.

I stocked mine to handle 5-10 minutes of "oh sh*t" trauma before EMS arrives. It lives in my car, and I've only had to really use it once, when I had the pleasure of seeing someone get stabbed while working security. (Nightclub security... like bouncers, with guns. Oh boy I love the city).

I'm gonna humor the OP and actually answer his question. In addition to the small kit, I've also got a pretty thorough BLS bag that I use when providing medical support at Boy Scout events. That one doesn't live in my car, as I don't need it that often. When I first started, my inclination was to have the biggest and best whacker pack around... but I've long-since grown out of it.
