Hi everybody!

Gonna be honest, I've been lurking here for years, and finally decided I should just join so I can talk to all you wonderful people.

I'm currently in my first semester of a paramedic program in Mass. and have been a Basic for about 5 years (since I was 16). Hopefully being on here will help enhance my learning as I continue through the program

Welcome! .... I see your also in massachusetts. That's cool, where are you taking your paramedic program? Also one more question... 16? o.O I thought you cant take the practical exam/test until you are 18?

Haha I'm originally from NJ, where the minimum age for certification is 16. I came to school here in MA and that's where I've wound up staying

Ohhh I see lol I was like what!? Anyways good luck on medic school. I wanna sign up for this september/november if any programs are available. I wanna go to the best school/program possible though.

Thanks I will definitely look into it. Do you like your instructors? I mean you know a good instructor can make a huge difference. No matter how enthusiastic I am about a class/course if the instructor sucks/is boring/dull it makes me want to gauge my eyes out. lol hyperbole. :P
 
All but one that I have this semester are great and I'm learning TONS. I hear that one of the second semester instructors is a real hard@ss, but at least I'll be suffering through it with the rest of my class. In the end, I think it'll be a better medic for it.
