I am applying for an EMT position and they require the following documents...
1) Copy of your current DMV Printout (H6 – 10 year driving record)
2) Copy of your California Driver’s License
3) Copy of your California State EMT License
4) Copy of your EMT certificate (County of Orange)
5) Copy of your current CPR card
6) Copy of your Ambulance Driver’s License
7) Copy of your Medical Examiner’s Card
I know what all of those are except for the California State EMT License. I have everything else.
I checked on the public records and there is a person with my name and county that i was certified in. However, the Cert# though does not match the one on my NREMT card.
is state certification different that NREMT cert#?
How do I get my California State EMT License? Was i suppose to get a card or a piece of paper?
Is there a way I can get this documentation in the next week or so?
