I am a student in fl and finishing up Emt-b in 9 days and then take the test here I fl, although I might be relocating to Az in a couple months. Will I be able to be certified there already since I will be certified in fl or Will I have to re take the Emt classes there or what will I have to do to become certified there ?

Are you taking the national registry or just the test for FL certification?
Well I really don't know why to take ... I know I'm going to take the state test for Florida after I finish these last 8 days but idk what I'd have to do afterwards in case I do relocate to Az. Is there any suggestion or ideas I should do so I can become certified there also...

according to their website: http://www.azdhs.gov/bems/faq1.htm
You have to get National Registry Certified to get a temporary 6 month Cert from the State of AZ
then you have to take a refresher course in the State of AZ so you can get your 2 year AZ Cert
your best bet is to become National Registry Certified and FL certified, alot of states use the National Registry Certification

Florida test for basics is the NREMT. You should be fine.

Its a shame that in less than 9 days you will be graduating yet you do not know that as an EMT in Florida, you can only sit for the National Registry. You do not have an option...

My buddy just told me about this really cool site...I tried it and it worked!!!!
I went to Google.com and in the search bar I typed Arizona EMT Refresher course and the very FIRST suggestion which popped up showed this program which claims to meet the state standards for EMT B refresher training and/or NREMT holders wishing to transfer in.

Looks like 24 hours is the refresher.
Man this internet thing and Google is really cool....Give it a try when you have time!! I wonder if the rest of the world knows about this?
