NAEMT issue

Hey everyone. I recently received my NREMT-B, and also decided to sign up for NAEMT. My issue is after putting in all my information, i've gotten nothing. They took the $40 fee from my bank account (Checked it, and it HAS cleared), along with all of my personal information. I didn't get a single email for confirmation, and when using the 'forgot my username' option, they seem to have no record of me at all. I've also emailed the association three times with this information, and no response.

Has anyone else ever had this issue? Is NAEMT known for bad customer support? What other steps should I take?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
 
When did you do this, because the holidays may have something to do with it.
 
Original online application was done Dec. 22nd. Email sent on christmas, so the holidays may have been an issue, but wouldn't you think i'd at least hear something the week between Christmas and New Years?

holidays are pretty busy, i'd give them a few more days at least.
 
It took about a week for me to receive the email from them about my sign in stuff.
 
Best bet is to find a phone number for them.. have your bank statement available and ready to fax. Good Luck, hope it was just a holiday lag..
 
I thought I look first for a similar thread and so... sorry to post on an old thread. ^_^

Anyway, I am contemplating on joining the NAEMT but as I was going through the online application form, I clearly need help filling it out properly and correctly.

So, uhm, a little help? :wub:

Sorry to get back this late, been a little busy with the holiday and all. Anyway,

1. in the certification part, do I fill out the (* Current EMS Certification Level, * Participation, * Service Type) or just the Associate Member (Not certified by NREMT or state territory of the USA);
2. Individual Membership or International Discount; and
3. credit card: what is M/C, AmEx and who's name do I place in the Name on Card option? Yeah, i don't have a credit card. :lol: I'll be using my Dad's credit card, and yeah I asked and got permission to use his'. :D

1. Are you certified as an EMT or paramedic? In the US? If you are then you would enter EMT or paramedic or whatever you are licensed as.

If you are not then you would put associate member.

2. Individual membership

3. M/C is MasterCard. AmEx is American Express. There is also discover and visa.

Ask your dad what type of credit card he has. And for the name... You put the name exactly how it is printed on the card. So I'm assuming it would be your dad's name.
