Hey everyone. I recently received my NREMT-B, and also decided to sign up for NAEMT. My issue is after putting in all my information, i've gotten nothing. They took the $40 fee from my bank account (Checked it, and it HAS cleared), along with all of my personal information. I didn't get a single email for confirmation, and when using the 'forgot my username' option, they seem to have no record of me at all. I've also emailed the association three times with this information, and no response.
Has anyone else ever had this issue? Is NAEMT known for bad customer support? What other steps should I take?
