I hear you on that one, thinking of changing mention of allergy to "Hypersensitivity" to encapsulate all the negative effects a person can have in that regard and a follow up video on medication side effect risk assessment.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but I'd use the term "side effect". Words like intolerance, hypersensitivity, sensitivity etc. don't really have useful meanings. "Side effects" implies a specific list, like itching, dysphoria, urticaria etc.
