Am I alone or does this happen where you work too? So a crew used a truck and left it a disaster (<----not the issue this thread is about). Day shift comes on, finds the truck and everyone wants to cry cry cry "joe" and "bob" didn't clean their truck, joe and bob are lazy. joe this, bob that. Wah Wah Wah But no one wants to get up and clean the @%#^$&@ truck!!!! so i get up sean the truck along with my emt student for the day who volunteered to help me while the other crews sit around and shoot the ****. Theres no work ethic around here. Is it just my shop or is this the new wave of emergency services? People think their job is just to respond to 911 calls. No one wants to do extracurriculars. I find that there are very few people who clean their trucks, very few who sweep/mop common room/ bunk room.
Sorry i had to rant because if i don't rant here I'm gonna rant in my outside voice and make enemies.
