I think some people suffer from little man syndrome when they get on the web and lash out. My way or the highway so to speak. Rather than choose to discuss something it turns in to a pissing contest with little or no value attached to it.
I just always think if they socialize that well here how well they must do on scene and how many times their partner has watched them get their a** kicked by the patients family.
