I just started my EMT-B course yesterday and on our syllabus it says we are required to complete an ICS 100,200,700, and 800 by December 9th. I went online and got my SID number but I have no idea what an ICS is besides its some sort of test. Sorry, this question may sound dumb I just have absolutely no clue what it is.

I am still so confused as to what the test is even on. I found the website very confusing and I don't understand what we're being quizzed on. I can't figure out how to access how to study for the quiz!!! AGH
You take the online class and then you test on it...

NomadicMedic,
Incident Command System. You can take the online course here. https://training.fema.gov/noms

The Incident Command System, is designed to teach EMS, Fire, and Disaster agencies how to function together on a large scale. How to work together in a systematic approach to handling a mass casualty incident.
It's not how to assess your patient or how to give medical care.
If I explained that correctly in a very simplistic way.
VA EMT classes require those too.
