What would the late summer months be without the tropical storm updates given by yours truly?
For those who are new to the forum, there are several of us who reside in Florida. Since becoming a member a few years ago I have taken on the task of keeping our members aware of what is going on in the tropics.
TD 4 has now formed is forecasted to become a hurricane by the end of the week. We are at least a week away from knowing where the storm will go (in relation to the US) and what, if any, of the states it will affect.
The below map is the projected five day forecasted path of the storm. This map will update automatically as the NHC puts out new advisories. Clicking on the image will also enlarge it. You can also visit the National Hurricane Center's website for more information.
