Hello from Texas

Hello everyone,

I've been a long time lurker to emt life but just recently created an account here. I really only did so because I create a research paper regarding Texas laws for emergency vehicles. Specifically those who live in rural areas like myself and have to use a personal vehicle to respond to the station. I love our laws here. I didn't know where to post my findings if someone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

I'm looking to share what I found. When I first started to google the laws nothing game up but guesses from random people, some who did not live in the state. I decided to read through the statutes and get direct answers from that. Was hoping to make a thread about it so hopefully someone digging in the future can find it and be pointed in the right direction.

Guess this won't be the place to share. As I'm not a lawyer anything said should be considered information shared from one individual to another and you should do your own research to find out the legality of it.

Discussion of laws isn't giving legal advice but it's the admins decision. I'm born and raised Texan and though I work in a big city, I'd love to know more about how things work in the smaller towns.

Correct. If it's just a matter of posting the laws and links to them, then that is allowed. The moment there is some interpretation of those laws the thread gets shut down.
