What is the criteria for transferring out of state if you are certified in my home state of Florida? Is it not a problem so long as you are NREMT-B/P

As long as the state you want to go to is a NREMT state. There isn't an issue. You just have to file.for reciprocity.

I too am a Florida FM, and just got my NREMT-P and received my Colorado PM license. It was all just a matter of filling out paperwork for me.

It all depends if the state you are planning to move to offers reciprocity. I would check the state web site to see what their DOH/State EMS guidelines are.
