In January 2004, Matt (@MMiz) launched EMTLife. A place for you to network with other EMS professionals. A month later, Facebook launches their social network.

On June 30, 2015, we launched our new look, including our new logo. Facebook must have felt the pressure, because a few days later they released their new logo. (link to story)
