Is no one else wondering what on earth happened in the OP's "High profile call" where people will want to track them down to take revenge???

I could give specifics, but then I’d be violating patient privacy, and department policy. Plus imaging what I’m talking about is probably more gruesome and newsworthy than the real thing. Leave them wanting more.

Technically there's no face or identifiable features in them. So I guess it doesn't count as safe still.
