You should know how many hours your state or registry requires you to have. Compare it to the posted amount of hours that the refresher covers. It's impossible to tell you one way or another.

It depends on your LEMSA requirements for CE hours for recerting. In CA, if you take a 24 hour refresher course, as an EMT you have enough hours to recert.
