I looking for an advence cardio book, in my research I found the :'Washington Mannual' concerning cardiology.
How good is it? any other recommendations?

Do not buy the Washington Manuel. Get Cardiology made Ridiculously Simple. It has normal anatomy and physiology, diagnostic tests (including ekg, echo) and pathology with treatment.
