I'd say look through the forum at previous calls members have posted. You can turn those into scenarios.

You and your partner are getting breakfast when a call comes in for an 82 y/o F pt who is unconscious - no other information is known at this time. Once you get on scene you determine that the MOI is a fall. While conducting your rapid trauma assessment you find that she has distal bilateral femur fx and a deep laceration on the back of her head.

Take it from here...

17 year old male unconscious no further

Up arrival you find:
Football player laying supine on the field conscious but can't remember what he was doing prior to your arrival. Respirations 22 and shallow, pulse 92 B/P 110/94. JVD noted PMS in upper extremities absent in lower extrems.

Scenario: Arrive to find a 21yo male at a fitness center complaining of SOB and a sharp pain in his chest. Patient appears to be in good physical condition. Friend states they work out several times per week together and nothing like this has ever happened before.

S - RR 22 shallow, pulse 130, BP 90/68, skin pale and clammy, cyanotic. Breath sounds are diminished on the right side, clear on the left. No obvious trauma, chest rise appears equal, no flailed segments. No airway obstructions. Mental status seems a bit altered, patient responds to commands but seems confused.
A - none
M - no prescribed, no otc, no herbal or supplements
P - No history of breathing or cardiac problems, or any major medical issues. States he is "healthy and active"
L - 3 hours prior, a sandwhich and water.
E - Pt states he was running on the treadmill for 10 mins to warm-up before a workout.

O - 10 mins after exertion
P - chest hurts with each breath in and out
Q - Sharp pain
R - chest, non-radiating
S - 7
T - constant with each breath
