Advice Please someone is talking crap about me

People who gossip and start rumors are only as powerful as those who are willing to pass it on. So you have two issues,

1. co-worker is starting rumors about you.
2. your co-workers are spreading the rumor around.

So, the next time someone tells you about some rumor someone else is spreading about you, try telling them that you are not interested. If you give it no importance, eventually it will stop.

insecure people use other people to help boost them selves higher. the more you show this person that you are bothered by their comments the more they gain. all you have to do is understand the person's insecurity and go on with your day to day. if you are a good medic then your records will show it. even at that, it is none of his or anyone else's business just do your best and remember that you got the good spot not him.
