I have recently have relocated and now work for 2 companies in NJ. AtlantiCare in Atlantic City seems pretty good. Jersey City is the same as most EMS.

Most Medic schools won't take anyone without at least 6 months field experience. Please explain to me why you disagree. Why do you think it is a good idea to go to medic school with NO field experience?

you are correct. Not really contraindicated...a LOT of caution needs to be taken with Nitro in a right sided MI

Actually a right sided MI is a contra indication for Nitro because Nitro decreases preload. and Nitro in right sided MI can put the Pt into arrest. hence the 12-lead. the 12-lead will show reciprocal changes on the standard 12-lead. so then you can do a right sided 12-lead. sorry for...
