Totally depends on who you end up seeing. It's a possibility...I've seen people get worse things expunged from their records. Give it a shot!

You may be able to throw yourself on the mercy of the court...with enough begging and the right judge, they may take it off your record. Couldn't hurt to try...that's what I would do. :)

Maybe you could find work as an ER tech while you wait for that to fall off your record (not sure what is required to be an ER tech in NJ, but it's something to look into). Good luck.
