Sounds like you're open to IFT as well so R/M IFT seems to have a round of hiring monthly. They run BLS, CCT, ALS, and NICU/PICU out of Santa Clara co, Alameda, and Contra Costa. Lower starting wages but plenty of opportunity.
Exercise
Lift heavy. Heavy means a weight where you max at 4-8 reps per set 3-4 sets. Split your days into muscle group (i.e. mon-chest & triceps, tues-legs, wed-back/biceps, etc...) and hit about 4-5 different lifts per day.

Lean meats, complex carbs, and healthy fats. If...
Complete body workout is a must. Whether it be a circuit type routine or splitting your sets by muscle groups do not neglect any part of your body. Don't forget to eat right.
