When people ask "what's the worst thing you've seen?"

20 some year old run over by a train. Every bone is his body broken and his left arm 20 yards down the tracks. Guy was covered in grease.

A large woman in an untied hospital gown that became stuck to her leather lazy-boy on a hot and humid summer day.

I have never really thought of answer like this and I think it works. In my mind (and the mind of the asker), they are thinking of trauma. If I really wanted to answer, this might be an option. I am not often asked this question but I usually just say "use your imagination."
