CCEMS I'm assuming equals Cypress Creek EMS—that's the most common result.
I doubt this would be anything significant—media can show up frequently anyplace. It isn't until CNN shows up that it is really serious (joking).
CCEMS did just have ESD-11 board election returns—could be related to that; they also recently opened two new stations.
Either way, if media showed up, the best option to find out is probably the evening news.
