Volunteer process

Hello Everyone ,
My name is destiny and i am interested in becoming a Emt-B. I called the fire department in my area and they do volunteer emt and they also put you through training, Once you complete the training and get certified and have experience with volunteering how long after can you apply for a full time position with companies?

It's going to be completely different based on your area. For a lot of places as soon as you get your EMT cert you can apply for a full time position and get hired with no issues.

It's also going to depend on company policies and open positions
