I am wondering if anyone has any helpful suggestions for me, I have an EMS training program and one of the sections we have to train on are King and Combi Tubes, and for a supply thing we keep running to issues with the Bulbs on the tube popping when used multiple times on the manikins so it has become difficult/not very cost effective to keep replacing the tubes. I was wondering does anyone have any suggestions for a way to ether repair the bulbs on the tubes so that can be reused or know of a more durable training version for the King and Combi tubes that someone might sell so I could just get one that will last longer. Thanks if anyone has any idea to help.

Maybe consider attaching smaller syringes to the bulbs so they aren't inflated to the point of popping. If you under inflate the cuffs some, they will still provide enough of a barrier, but hopefully not pop.

Hope that helps!

Lube lube and more lube. Did i mention you need more lube to prevent that?

This . And not all airway trainers will take / make a seal with a combi or king without over inflating the cuff.
