Theraputic Hypothermia - who uses it?

I've become curious how common the use of theraputic hypothermia is in the pre-hospital setting. So here's my very scientific survey - who here has protocols for it? I'd guess most are for post-arrest, but does anyone acutally have a TBI protocol? How low do you go with the body temp, and how do you monitor/control the temp?

EDIT: I konw this is somewhat repetitive of another thread, but I wanted to focus on the details of hypothermia, and was really the most curious if anyone acutally has TBI based protocols.
