Syringe Drip Chart

Me and a co-worker converted a lot of drips we can start to a syringe concentration. This makes it very easy to switch over infusions and avoid air bubbles during transport. Feel free to save this drip chart.

If anyone plans on using this please make sure it follows your protocols and double check the math. Not that I dont trust you tpchristifulli. Just to make sure butts are covered as this is not a "official" guidline etc.
