Ground Truth, which is being developed as part of a three-year project by Sandia National Laboratories and the University of Southern California to create new ways of training police, firefighters and county officials to deal with cataclysmic events.Ground Truth is what's known as a real-time strategy game, meaning that events on the computer screen progress in real-time, rather than turn-by-turn.
