Starting EMT training

Hey everyone!
Pleased to say that tomorrow I will be starting my EMT training. Very excited and a little nervous. Anyone have any advice for someone first starting out?

I just finished my EMT course. The biggest advise i can give you to succeed is treat your textbook as if its your Bible. Read Read Read and Read it. Study groups are very beneficial in your learning in comparing and contrasting answers and ideas. Stay focused and read that textbook! Also try and volunteer if you can fit it in your schedule because you will get experience in what your getting into.
