So I have been an EMT in Ca for over a year. Work 3 awesome part time EMT jobs with great trauma experience at all 3. The only down fall is I am not getting 24 hour shifts, benefits, paid for my over time, ETC. I have done the math and found I would more than double my pay if I got a full time spot on an ambulance. I don't mind doing IFT's I really just want 24 hr shifts and benefits. I am familiar with the local companies but I don't have any knowledge regarding starting pay, full time scheduling, and basically how the company treats there employees. I do want to steer clear of La city due to the traffic commute in the morning. If anybody has any info regarding ambulances in la/orange county that could potentially help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking to get paid for a significant amount of your 24, avoid priority one. They only pay 14 out of 24
