At LifeLine - We want your wisdom! Experienced EMT FTO Crew Chief

Every EMS organization has slightly different titles for the folks who get stuff done. Let’s call it the company’s personality. We believe that clarity and communication in expectations help people grow, gives them best opportunity to succeed and keeps the company strong, healthy as well as a fun place to work.

We are looking for those of you who are ready for a challenge and want to contribute in making the future.

If you’re an EMT that has strong opinions yet remains flexible, works well with others and speaks truth then you would be the perfect candidate.

At LifeLine we promote from within yet remain flexible and open minded. This job posting is posted in house as well.

Experienced EMT with at least a year or two we will pay you for your experience and work with your school/personal schedules.

FTO – Field training officers – you are an officer of the company and the representation of what and who EMS is and the role model for all our new hires and help with training of specialty programs. This person shapes the future of our company and is someone others look up to for advice and guidance. We invest in you with training and mentoring. These people are the ones we look to when our supervisor and management positions are open. We pay you more and personally invest in your success. We expect you to be on time in uniform, boots shined, smile on your face ready to take on the world and show others how to do the same. A “can do” attitude and a way of making patients and coworkers feel at ease but also can be kind when you need to redirect or correct actions of other staff and trainees.

Crew Chief – Is and FTO with the additional responsibilities of taking care of the stations – this includes supplies requests, reporting on anything that needs repair as well as anything unusual. Also to be a resource to all team members for information and direction. This comes with additional pay above the FTO as well as starting their shift earlier (means extra built in OT every shift)

Are you ready for a change?

Do you say to yourself “this could be better if…..”

Do you want to work someplace that gets to know you ad cares about helping you on your path?

Then do something about it…..act now!
