San Diego agency emails

So I'm trying to find the email addresses of human resource people at all the san diego agencies to check in. Anyone have an idea on how to find those? None on any of their web sites. Thanks

If not on their websites, I don't know where else to look. If I may ask, what would an email do that a phone call or visit to the agency could not? And what specifically do you mean by "agency"?

I know both R/M and AMR's HR reps have emails on the websites. Look up San Diego Medical Services to get R/M's and AMR's is at www.amr.net
