wow, I didn't get notified of replies to this thread, I apologize for not replying to y'all... :blush:

Anyhow, I'm not sure what you're lookin for Lisa, but here's the link for R/M: TN (Knoxville mainly): http://www.ruralmetrotn.com. I did have a nice conversation with the director when I was filling out my application. He apologized to me for having the instructors I have (joking of course). =)

They seem pretty laid-back and casual in the office, which would be nice I think. Pay is about average I think, but I don't know anything about benefits other than what's on the recruitment page of the website.

Holler if you need anything more specific, maybe I could ask my instructors (1 works for R/M in Blount County) or somebody else here that is doin the job in this area can help.
