I am still working on a compilation of EMS stories from the rural areas of this country and Canada. I would love to hear from anyone that has something to contribute. I am particularly looking for stories about extended transport times, innovative treatment modalities allowed due to the rural area, and situations where the textbook treatments did not work, but something else did.
