Run Form "leading"

allow me to respectfully disagree with you on this. I would be looking for a new job immediately, but not out the door.

It is much easier to get a new job when you already have one, vs being unemployed and looking for a job.

Keep your paper trail and documentation, because when the medicare fraud investigators come knocking at your door (and they will come knocking), you have have all the documentation that you tried to do the right thing, and were threatened with termination if you did.

but definitely be looking for a new job immediately.

I agree with you, it was just a figure of speech.

If I dont write the run form then my termination stands. Lawyer told me to sue for wrongfull termination but the years of court vs the payout after all the lawyer fee's just dont seem worth it.

I dont actually require a new job right now. Wealthy isnt the word I would use but lets say independently able to sustain my current lifestyle with no income from an employer for more then a few years.

Mostly I just dont want to get caught up in a Medicare scandle but also i'm not looking to cause a stink at my job only to be wrong. (Might need a reconmendation from this job)

possibly just resign

based on what you just said, the absolutely last thing I would do is resign, unless I had a new job lined up to immediately go into

let them fire you, sue and win for wrongful termination. you said yourself, you don't require a job now, so you don't need to stress while the law suit moves forward (even if it take a while).

even if they fire you, make sure it is for failing to commit medicare fraud (get it in writing if they are willing to), so when you are asked by you next employer why you got fired, you can tell them.

sometimes fighting on principle is worth more than the money you will make in a lawsuit. esp if you can afford the fight (and remember, the loser pays your attorney fees)

Isn't it Medicare that has a fraud hotline where you'll actually be awarded money (I want to say it was $10,000 or so) for reporting fraud that leads to an arrest. You need to check me on this information. I pay taxes and would prefer that money go toward paying for legitimate calls.
