What does this stand for??????? RTT BBB

Had it in lecture yesterday and NO one in class knows??

Assistance please.

Your teacher didn't know / didn't explain?


What context was it used in? BBB typically means bundle branch block, but EMTs aren't taught that generally.

We were discussing Blunt force trauma. There was a picture of a persons abdomen exposed with bruising of a Baseball Bat. Then he asked if anyone could provide him the answer to what a RTTBBB was. He's a Medic, and I figured it could be a slang for some type of Trauma.

The phrase is RTT with a BBB. It stands for Rat-a-Tat-Tat with a Baseball Bat, implying blunt force trauma.:p
