This is an extremely complicated question. We can only transport ambulatory, stable patients - and largely this is because 1.) we don't have a full squad (yet) and 2.) our service is only 4-and-a-half years old. Not to mention we operate on a budget of about $10k per year. It's a mess, that's what it comes down to.
