I have tried to register to the site RescueExams.com; it was suggested on this site in a thread. It will not seem to let me...I have tried different browsers, different emails and contacting the owner and I got no reply. Has anyone else had this issue? Or would anyone who has an account there be willing to forward me the Study Notes and a few tests?
