My service is looking to change our biller.
Currently we're using an in house biller, who, frankly, is an incompetent baboon.
We're a small service, averaging out to 100-150 calls/month, almost all of which are IFT, about 50% of which are PIFTs.
One thing I'd really like to see is someone who can offer us at least a software as a service license to one of the ePCR solutions, since we basically can't afford our own license, and I, for one, am heartily sick of doing a paper run sheet and then having to come back to base and input it to the state license for rescue bridge.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions.
