Question about Tattoo's on a patient.

This may sound really, really stupid. However, I've always wondered if Tattoo's are a big hindrance when it comes to finding a vein on someone? As in someone with a whole sleeve. Have any of you experienced this?

The best veins are found by touch, not sight.
They can make it harder to see a vein, but touch is your primary method of finding a vein.
