During the physical for the ambulance company I'd like to work for, I'm supposed to drag a dummy around as well as up stairs with minimal assistance. I have the technique for dragging the dummy around on the flat floor but does anyone have anything to add for going up stairs? I was planning on just having my arms beneath their armpits, hands clasped while leaning back a little/stepping up stairs and keeping my back straight. Anyone?

Thank you for your input in advance. I'm a total newbie to the application process and all advice is welcome.

Is carrying the dummy off limits? Another idea may be walking forward up the stairs with your arms around the dummy, so just its legs would be dragging up the stairs; that might be easier on your back than leaning back and dragging it up the stairs.
